Coin Mintage Reference

To truely understand the value of a coin, wheather found, inerited or purchased, it is necessary to have two pieces of information.  The first is the quality/condition of the coin.  The better the condition, the more the coin is worth. The scond is the quantity of the coin available or scarcity.  The more rare a coin is the more it is worth.  Individually these characteristics can help to boost the value of a coin, but together - both rare and in great condition - they can can help that value to skyrocket.

In this section, you can find the the mintage numbers - how many of a particular year and mint combination - were produced.

Please use the links below to access the mintage charts for each coin denomination.
